Let's make a move into new approaches to teach English Language. Have you ever wondered how Germans, French, Swiss & Italians are fluent in English language as well? Following some research, I realized Sri Lanka needs foreign expertise to arrest the decline of English Language in Sri Lanka. Old farts of old school with their poems & tongue twisters wouldn't solve the crisis. Get the foreign experts on new methods to have the web savvy young teachers (they can keep up with the new trends by means of web) well trained & have them released into the kids.That's it.
